Welcome to my home page. My name is Shannon Julian, and I'm a North Carolina certified residential real estate appraiser. I specialize in high quality, thorough, well researched appraisals of homes, land, and residential investment properties. My service area covers all of Orange and Durham counties, as well as northeast Chatham county.
As a life long resident and former member of the Carrboro Board of Adjustment, I have a very special knowledge of my area. The years I spent working in the family clothing business taught me the importance of good customer service, and I know that promptness and on-time delivery are as important to you as they are to me. Early in my appraisal career, I embraced technology. I want to save time, do more and better research, and be a better analyst. I use the Internet for finding some of the details and delivering reports to clients. One of my goals is to reduce processing time for lenders. I have a proven track record of very few call back questions from underwriters. In my reports, I concentrate on answering the reader's questions.
